Berg im Drautal is located south of the Hohe Tauern in Upper Carinthia, embedded between the Kreuzeck group in the north and the Gailtaler Kalkalpen in the south. The main river in our valley is the Drau, one of the cleanest rivers in Europe. On the north and south sides, numerous torrents flow into the Drau.

The proximity to the Weißensee is also worth mentioning. Here you can relax in the healing climate of the Weissensee at the foot of the Gailtal Alps.
