GermanLandal Katschberg
In cooperation with the Landal GreenParks company, in 2005 we built an apartment-hotel complex on the Katschberg.
The Landal Katschberg holiday park includes a central building with 14 apartments, a common area (reception, office, etc.) and an underground garage (3 levels incl. various adjoining rooms; 105 parking places); also a building with indoor pool together with equipment rooms, a kindergarten including adjoining rooms for staff as well as 32 vacation houses with a total of 68 apartments. Also, a total of 82 rentable residential units (apartments) have been developed.
The chalets or apartments were bought by private investors and firms as investment properties and are leased out by Landal GreenParks.
